Queen Royals Hair does not take responsibility for products that are sent to you unregistered. We do not ship items without a tracking number. If you would like it sent registered with a tracking number submitted to your email please provide email address at purchase

You must contact us first at (info@queenroyalshair.com) within the thirty (30) day return period of receiving your order.
